What is the International Christian Retail Show?
The International Christian Retail Show is where the Christian resources industry meets–and there are a lot of reasons why. There is no other time or place where so many people, products, services, media, authors, artists, and craftspeople are gathered together in one place. The Show incorporates more than 72,000 net sq ft of exhibit space, approximately 300 exhibits, and nearly 60 meeting rooms. The Show brings together more than 5,000 attendees & exhibitor personnel from across the United States and more than 60 countries.

How do I make housing reservations at a discounted rate?
CBA reserves rooms at several hotels near the Convention Center and negotiates the lowest rates possible. Booking a hotel through CBA's official housing company will ensure the lowest rates and enable you to take advantage of the free CBA shuttle service running regularly between your hotel and the Convention Center. Hotel registration is now available.

Who attends the Show?
Over 1,800 professionals attend - people with buying authority or influence.

Who is allowed to attend?
To attend, you business must be one of the following categories:
- Retailer
- Prospective Retailer
- Distributor
- Vendor - Provides a service or product to exhibiting companies
- Industry Professional – eg., individual consultant, literary agent, author, artist, sales representative
When can I register?
Registration hours are:

What do I need to bring to Registration?
If you registered online prior to June 29, your registration confirmation should be sufficient.
What does the registration fee pay for?
Registration gives the individual access to:
- CBA Exhibit Floor
- CBA sponsored events with the exception of ticketed events
- Training and workshops if a member of CBA
- Exhibitor Presentations
Ticketed events that are not included in the badge registration and require an additional fee include the:
- CBA Retail Academy
- CBA ticketed events
- Training and Workshops if not a member of CBA
- Children's Product Trends
- CBA Member Breakfast
Do spouses and children need badges?
A badge is required for anyone to access the exhibit floor, not just buyers. Even children must have a badge – ages 16 and younger are free.
Can I attend CBA events without a badge? Are they free?
The Worship Him and New Voices Showcase are free and open to the public. A badge is not required to attend these events.

Can I meet an artist/author/speaker?
Artist/Author/Speaker schedules are directed by their sponsoring companies. Please visit the company booth for information on opportunities to meet personalities.

Are pictures/video recordings allowed?
No. Cameras and video recordings are not allowed anytime on the exhibit floor or during the events.

How do I obtain an audio recording?
Most training workshops and large group session speakers will be recorded and made available to attendees after the Show here on the Web site.

What events are recorded?
Most training workshops and large group sessions will be recorded and available for order after the Show.
NOTE: Recording artists will not be recorded.
When do doors open for events?
Doors generally open 30 minutes prior to the start of an event or as soon as sound checks are complete.
Will childcare be provided?
ICRS does not provide childcare. Please check with your hotel concierge for information on trusted local childcare providers.
What food service options will be available at the Convention Center?
Food courts are generally open during the Show. There will also be food options on the exhibit floor in the Town Center. Several vendor stands will be available throughout the CBA space at the convention center for quick items as well.

What luggage and shipping services are available?
Luggage check will be available at the Show for your convenience. The exact location will be available closer to the 2012 Show.
Ship Home services are provided throughout the week to help you keep your luggage light when returning from the Show. Ship Home is located on the exhibit floor.

Are mobility carts available?
Mobility carts will be available for rent at the Show. Rental information will be available closer to the 2012 Show.
Is wireless internet available?
The OCCC has an extensive WiFi network that can be accessed from your personal computer or PDA-like device provided they have a WiFi mode. Wireless services at the OCCC are extremely quick and offer valuable information ranging from facility wayfinding to parking locations and rates. You can locate free wireless zones here.
Is there cell phone reception?
Cellular telephone services are not guaranteed inside or around the Orange County Convention Center. The availability of cellular services inside or around the OCCC can be impacted by the total number of users attempting to access the public cellular networks as well as your physical location inside the buildings. If you have any questions or problems regarding your cellular, cellular modem, blackberry, iPhone or similar 3G services please check with your personal cellular provider before or while attending your event at the OCCC.
Where is the nearest Business Center?
The OCCC has on-site business centers located in both the West Building and the North/South Building. These business centers offer the following services exclusively to our guests: faxing, packing, shipping & receiving, computer rentals, email & internet browsing, office supplies, photocopying, signs/posters/banners, business cards and copy machine rentals.
