A recent study at Wharton College identified that customers want a frontline staff to be knowledgeable about the store’s product and be able to take the customer to the product in the store. Today’s customers want a local feel to service and experience something that can give an independent store an edge. They are tired of hunting through the store for the products they want and need. Your ability to identify customer behavior and respond with the right product becomes a differentiator when compared to other retailers. This PCR not only addresses these customer concerns but helps you find new ways of building product knowledge, recognizing the advantage of add-on selling, and showing how to address customer objections.
