How to Request space for taping or broadcasting at the Show
Broadcast media that would like to take advantage of the interview opportunities the convention provides will be assigned space in several places including enclosed rooms and open areas.
There are a limited number of rooms available at the Convention Center, so please make your request as soon as possible in writing if you anticipate needing the space. Please indicate:
• if an enclosed room or space in an open lobby is preferred
• the name and phone number/e-mail address for the primary contact for setting up interviews
• the specific days (Sunday - Thursday) when you will be taping/broadcasting Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. All requests must be submitted to Nancy Guthrie via e-mail nancyguthrie@comcast.net.
